Who Will Succeed On Winning Their First US Open?

This weekend we will be hosting one of the biggest events in sports. The US Open 2010 final, in regards to the opening of the tournament we saw some fantastic new and used cars on show. It was like playing tennis in Hollywood. US open is the last of 4 grand slams that takes place every year. It’s held at Flushing Meadows in New York. This is certainly one of the most anticipated events by tennis lovers in regards to grand slams, it is also one of the biggest in US well not more than NFL or NBA. Unfortunately Tennis cannot compare with NFL in USA but it is a global sport.

 

We have Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic in this year’s US Open final. And I am very much looking forward to this final. People said Rafael Nadal was never going to win Wimbledon but he proved them wrong and I think this might be his chance to prove other doubters wrong too who think he cannot win US Open. On the other side you have the Serbian Novak Djokovic and to be honest you don’t know which Novak will turn up, the one who plays extremely well or the one who can’t be asked. He can be beaten by anyone and he can beat anyone. To get to the final he had to overcome Roger Federer, who was one of the favourites. In the semis he played some brilliant tennis to beat Federer.

 

Nadal on the other hand came into the tournament in great form after winning Wimbledon and French Open. In the Semis he beat the Russian Mikhail Youzhny in straight sets to reach the US open final.

 

Nadal has the ration of 14 to 7 over Djokovic but on the day anything is possible, winner takes it all. But on the day anything is possible like Novak showed against Federer in the Semi Finals. So what do you guys think, who will win?
